What is this course?
This CPR and AED course focuses on only teaching the skills of CPR on adults, children, and infants. You will be doing effective breaths with mouth to mouth or with a bag mask device. You will also be using an automated external defibrillator in the appropriate environment only all ages and performing skills to help, all ages, if someone is choking. By completing this course, you receive a American Heart Association (AHA) certification of completion card for CPR and AED.
This CPR course meets the requirements for the EMSA for pediatric CPR. It does not meet the requirements for EMSA for pediatric First Aid. If you need both please sign up for our basic CPR and First Aid course.
Who should take this course?
This course is designed for people who need to meet a job requirement that calls for CPR and AED only certification or anyone who has little or no medical experience that wants to be prepared in a medical emergency.
